Eat Healthy

Teenagers should not be anorexic or obese if you think about food too much. It really important that you should care about your body shape that not too skinny or fat because your friends would tease you and your family wouldn't be happy for you. If you are anorexic, your muscles wouldn't have much strength and you would start to feel dizzy and the possibility you might faint.  When you eat too much you would become obese, worse than being anorexic(well not really but both is bad). Being obese would cause you to have breathing problems and you would might have heart issue when too much of the fat is squishing your heart.  The way you can get your body shape to be perfect is you have to exercise daily, and eat the right amount of food you need and mostly eat lots of vegetables. Another important things is that don’t eat too much junk food well you can few but not too much. Teenagers shouldn't worry too much and let those worries go away and think about happy things.
