Comparison between School and Working Job

There is a lot of similarities that school and working job have in common it just that what is very different from each other is the School is education for students and working job is business work for adults.

In environment, school and work, there are three most similarities; we have to use brain, we have stress and we are allowed to use technology. The reason of using our brain is because,  brain is very important to help us think and more knowledge we learn, the more you use your brain, the more you get smart. The reason why both school and work are stressful is because after a long day of studying and working, we still have some homework from school and work from company to do. Using Technology is important too. If we are in the school, we use technology to search for information. Also, when people are working, they use technology to calculate and connect to other people. 

In both environments, school and work also have some differences between them like: graduation, making money and education. Graduation is important in school because after a long, tired and hard-working season, we got an announce that we’ve been graduation. But, when we get to work, after all of the frustrating time and totally stress-out,  the “graduation” that we get is the money. Move to the next comparison point, it’s the education. Well, each environment that we join has different kind of education, some are good and some are bad. Luckily, the environments that we talk about give good education. So, what education we get in school? So many things: respectful, integrity, team-work… And of course, knowledge. What we get in work? Experience and strategies. Sounds not very much but trust me, to catch the “education” in work, you have to do ton of things more than in school. 
To me most of the reason of the comparison between school and working job can have in common but the differences that is has different age from each other.

Who is better parents?

Do we all think that women parent is better than men? In my opinion, Women are better than men. I’m not saying that my mom is better than my dad but that is my honest! Women are better because a woman does more work than men. Men do less work than women and mostly Women are less lazy than men.

Shocking news!

Do you like bad news or good news? Well of course, we all don’t like bad news. It is  better to report good news to your friend/family than hearing bad news that you aren't expecting. Good news are better because when we hear bad news it would make us feel shocking, sad, disappointing, etc.

Children responsibility and behavior

When children’s behave badly, should parent accept their responsibility and get punished? It depends on how bad your behavior is to your parent. I think children has to get punished by our behavior  because if you being very mean to you parent or like spend time on games more than doing homework, children has to deserved the punishment. Parent shouldn't like punish right away but they should give us some chances.

Videos games vs. Sports

There can have similarities between Playing video games and Sport. The reason why I think they can be similar because like both of them are very active. Video games can actually be good to you. While sports help you build muscles stronger and good for exercising. People say  that video games help improve hand and eye concentration. Video games can also involve fitness and also keep you healthy, just like sports. Both are excellent candidates for entertainment and competition. While sports have big major leagues such as Football, Basketball plus, there is also surprisingly the Major League Gaming. Though both seem to have a lot of positive effects, it doesn't mean they have any negative effects. Video games can get you addicted, and can also affect your learning. It can even make you violent but that’s not always the case. While playing sports, you can overwork your muscles, which can be very harmful. Sports can also cause injuries, such as breaking an arm or spraining an ankle. Sometimes video games can harm your eyes when you play too much. In the end, both may have their positive and negative effects, but we enjoy them all the same. 

 

Should zoo exist?

Should zoo exist?

Yes,  zoo should exist. Even though animals  are lock in the cage, at least inside their cage kind of look like living in Jungle.  The reason why I think zoo should exist is because, sometimes it really hard for animals to go hunt for food especially when the animal give food to the baby more than taking care of themself. When animals are in zoo the people provide everything of what they need and take good care. Living in a zoo animals can make more friends easier when they find same species type in the same cage. People are nice enough to support animals and help out the sick ones. My second reason why  is that people get to learn new thing about the animals and learn what they do for living. Students can study about them if they are interested in. Kids  can observe animals’s habits easily when they are in their cells, which you can’t do the same in jungles. Also, zoos are good sources of knowledge for teachers to give students their assignments about researching animals and which is which. Last but not least, Animals wouldn’t be in risk of danger getting killed by others but have friendly animals to be around with. Zoo have many beautiful sightseeing and it nice to see the animals activities and getting trained to become a nice animals instead of being violent to people.

Comparing Concept between Prime minister and Homeless person

  

There is a lot of reason why Prime Minister and Homeless person are very different from each other.  The first concept about Prime minister is that, He is very powerful and can demands people. Second,   Prime minister live in a big mansion, have proper food to eat and have a shower place in the bathroom to keep him clean. Last but not least, Prime minister get to sleep on a comfortable bed in his mansion. For homeless peoples, They live very poorly. Why, because homeless peoples are the people who can’t afford to buy a house to live in so they have to sleep outside the street. Those are the person that doesn’t get enough food to eat, Dirty clothes and not have any clothes to change and can’t find a job. Prime minister have a better life then homeless peoples.  It hard for poor people to get what they want.

        

Fall break- Phan Thiet

For fall break I went to Phan Thiet for 3 days and 2 nights. Short trip but I had a wonderful time being with my dad and my sister at Phan Thiet. While I was waiting for my driver to come pick me up, a strange number called me. I didn’t recognize the number until I answer the phone I hear bunch of chaos on the phone and it was really hard to hear. All I heard on the phone was “We are the police” blah blah blah! Then I knew it was a prank call from my friends. I couldn’t recognize the voice because I never heard that voice before. I wanted to know who so I asked “Who is this? I know you guys are prank calling me. Someone replied back “Uhh.. Their Lily, mike,… etc.” I couldn’t hear the names very clear, and suddenly the call ended. The most chaos and weirdest prank call I have ever received from my friends!  Then I try to call again and asked but still too much chaos so I just ended the call, and I will figure it out who else prank called me on the phone by asking on skype.

I didn’t go Phan Thiet by airplane but I had to go by Car.  From Ho Chi Minh to Phan Thiet, It takes about 4 hours. When my driver came to pick me up, off I go to the golf course where my dad is at. My dad loves to play golf, and his golf place is really far. Plus, it would be wastes of time for my dad to pick me up all the way back to my house so my driver me to where my dad is would be easier and get to Phan Thiet faster.  The Golf place where my dad is at was really pretty and a huge place! Ate at the golf course with my dad and my sister and then of we go to Phan Thiet!

After 4 hours driving to Phan Thiet I stayed at the hotel called Du Parc (The old name of the hotel used to be called Novetel) I came back to Phan Thiet like at 6, So didn't do much on the first day but when to Mui Ne, to eat at this restaurant  for dinner and after that, Me and my family went home and rest. The second day at Phan Thiet, I was gonna go to the beach but then, the beach didn't look clean like it was before. The beach look more dirtier and I wouldn't dare to swim at all. Sadly we couldn't go to the beach so then we swim in the swimming pool. Phan Thiet was a really good weather but it was really sunny while I was swimming. I don't like it when I get sunburn but then I went swimming anyways since that the only thing I know what to do. 

Then in the afternoon, my dad went to play golf which is right next to the hotel, and while my dad is away, I went outside and  lay down on the hammock and enjoying the view look at the beach. In the afternoon, it was just kinda sunny, but outside was really windy and I enjoy sitting outside listening to my music. Didn't  do anything that fun much in Phan Thiet but I had a good day spending time with my Dad and my sister. At least going to Phan Thiet had good weather and a nice day more than staying home in Ho Chi minh lying on the bed bored.

The Wolf story life

When my  eyes start to open up, I yawn and squint my nose. I then saw people looking at me outside of my cage.Mostly child was their with the parent. People just staring at me and say something that I couldn't understand. It was kind of hard for me to sleep when I keep on hearing voices. Why the people had to wake me up when I am trying to be rest in peace?



Well I had to wake up so then I start to stretch my back and clean up myself by licking my fur.I'm a wolf sanctuary and have bright yellow eyes. My fluffy pretty  fur color was gray and had some of  the white shades at the collar of my neck and a bit of white on my face. I move my head left and right, and saw few kids surrounded around my cage and  the kids pointing at me, and being so amazed and impress of how I look like. I started to take a step closer to the people, but then the kids start to get little scared and grown ups protect the kids distance away from my cage.

Most of the days, of course I stay in my cage and everyday I see people come by and see me and I do look scary sometimes and make people get frighten. I was a wild wolf living in the forest until people took me into the cage making me feel miserable but at least I get to have free fresh food for me to survive. I'm use to living in the cage since I been in the cage for 2 and a halve year. The cage is like my home. The zoo is where I live. People taking good care of me, the feel of the air blowing through my furs and ears and few trees surrounded me. The the ground, is soft dirt to lay on. At least I don't live lonely in my cage but I have some few friend to stay by my side and having fun with each other.  As I look at they sky when it starting to get darker, as I see the big white moon. What I usually always do is growl in the night sky. This is were I live, where I have family and friend and it my home sweet home.

How to be cool in CIS

You want to to be cool in CIS?! Then follow my steps and you will the coolest person in CIS! :D

1. Saying cool words! Hi and hey are just too simple way. The way you should say hi is YOLO!!! Or another way of saying hi the cool way is "Watsuppppp!!"




2. You gotta have the SWAG! Wear colorful clothes, converse shoes and a pair of cool sunglasses! Best converse shoes that you would want is those glaxy color converse shoes! I love those type of shoes and I think it really cool! When you wear cool clothes, cool shoes and sunglasses,  picture with your friend and show how much you got the swag! I would use Instagram to post your picture because alot of people will like your photo! If you want people to like your picture, you gotta use alot of #HASHTAGS! The more hashtags you post the more you will get people to like your photo like for example: #swag #cool #beach #crazywithfriends, etc.

3. The last step of being cool, Is be yourselft! If you wanna be cool, go crazy and show your confident to everyone! Also you should have a cool hairstyle! Go crazy with your hair but not too crazy :D. You now got everything you need! Cool ways of saying Hi and your cool style look! Be cool like this cat! Cool story Bro! :D

Time capsule writting

Dear people from the future,

My name is Phuong Linh Le and I started writing this time capsule on August 27, 2013. I’m currently 13 years old and I go to Canadian International School. I’m doing this time capsule because it is part of my assignment that I do in school and I will bury the time capsule for 20  years.

My day to-day life is every Monday to Friday, I always have to wake early for school and go by bus. What I usually do in my daily life is that I usually use my laptop and check facebook and socialist with my friend of Skype. I have 2 siblings in my family which is my fraternal twin sister named Khanh Linh and a brother named; Duy that currently has college in America now.

My friends like to hear American pop like one direction or Lady gaga, But I like to hear kpop music more and my favorite band is 2ne1! What I also like to do at home it I play Wii or xbox with my sister, listen to music, mostly I really like to dance kpop songs! Also I like to hang out with my friends in the weekends!

In 2013, Isn’t really bad at all but sometimes there is a lot of terrorism that happen a lot like in boston, there was a few of the bomb activated and killed millions of people from the Marathon event.

After 100 years, I hope people have found a way to stop cancer and people should stop smoking. Smoking is bad for their lungs. What I also hope is that everyone will live happily and no people that would live hungry or suffering living poor.

Time Capsule

A long time ago, while I was in my backyard digging through the dirst and planting flowers, my shovel hit something hard. It was buried in my backyard! I asked myself if it was any of my families stuff that they wanted to hide. I didn't want anyone to know what I found  so  I secretly went up to my room and lock the door.



The box was brown and it seems like it was a very very old box. On top of the box it said something, but I couldn't read wat it said since the box is very dusty so I wipe the box and it saids " My 1980 Time Capsule". No wonder why the box looks so old. When I open it, the memory box belongs to a girl! Most of the items that was in the time capsule was about Whitney Houston.  It doesn't say what her name but she had alot of thing she put in her box that really old. The stuff that was in the box was a neon necklace, a record player disc, her diary, the 80's clothes, 80's disc movies and some pictures and posters of Whitney Houston.

I was very curious how 1980s was like So I wanted to see her diary. What she wroted in her diary was her life how she lived in the 80s and what she liked about it. Also when I see her pictures that the took, it was her house. Her house looked very different from my house. What I have learn about looking inside the memory box of the 1980, It was indeed very different from 2013. What I also learn that they did a improvment of make the years more better then the old times. After I see all the things that was in the memory box, I wanted to know more and started to research about how the 80's was like and also want to know more about Whitney Houston. That is my story!

About Me!

Hi, my name is Phuong Linh, I'm 13 years old and I'm vietnamese. I studied in SSIS before coming to this school. This is my first time moving to a new school so I'm quiet nervous being in a new school. What you should also know me is that  I'm quite shy and quiet. My hobby is to listen to Kpop,dance, hang out with friends. and play with my cats. What you should know about me is that I am crazy about 2ne1! I really love kpop. I don't just hear kpop but I also hear american songs. This year when after school activites starts, I hope I would be able to be a good soccer player so I can play against my friends from SSIS.

Jackie(It the older sister of Tony)

I have 2 siblings. I have an older sister named Khanh Linh and a older brother named Duy. I also a cat lover and I have 2 cats named Jackie and Tony. I really love playin with my cat because whenever I feel bored or sad, I always have my cat to cheer me up. Jackie is always a very crazy and active cat, unlike Tony, He is always lazy and doesn't play much but I like Tony more because it doesn't scratch me much as Jackie!






My most favorite subject is art and dancing. It's sad that in CIS there isn't any dance class. Dancing is really fun to me and it fun to dance with friends. When I was in SSIS last year, I join a dance peformance with few of my friends and dance a kpop song. It was great to have fun in SSIS. I really miss SSIS alot because I have been in SSIS for 9 years and it really sad when I have to leave my good friends and won't be able to perform with my friends anymore. I hope I will have a good year in CIS like my old school and hope to make friends and find friends that are kinda similiar to me :D.
